NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION IN THE NOVEMBER 5,  2024 COORDINATED ELECTION FOR OTERO COUNTY.

Notice is hereby given by the City of Rocky Ford, that at the close of business on the sixty-fourth day prior to the date of the elections, there were fewer eligible candidates than open seats for the offices of Councilmembers, two (2) for Ward III, for the City of Rocky Ford City Council, including candidates filing affidavits on intent to be write-in candidates.

The City of Rocky Ford hereby cancels their participation in the coordinated election to be held on Tuesday, November 5, 20244, pursuant to section §31-10-507 and Rocky Ford Municipal Code §2-1-30.
